Woodlake is the first single family neighborhood in Bonita Bay. The first house was completed in 1985. Since then the sub-division has grown to 113 homes ranging in size and architectural style. Woodlake’s large lots and mature landscaping and beautiful lakes makes it a truly unique place to live in Bonita Bay. 

Woodlakers know they have a good thing going in this neighborhood. Residents range from longtime original owners to people just now settling in Bonita Bay.
